Shefaor Condos for sale in Hollywood Beach FL

The developers who got approval for a 40-story, 477-room waterfront hotel or condo-hotel in Hollywood Beach have tapped Ackman-Ziff to help find a joint-venture partner for the project. Shefaor Development announced it wants an experienced, deep-pocketed partner to help complete the project, slated to be designed by Carlos Ott, at 4111 South Ocean Drive.
The firm was founded by Jacques Claudio Stivelman and Gilbert Benhamou, and developed the Artech Resdiences and Uptown Marinal Lofts. It tapped the head of Ackman-Ziff’s Florida office, Robert Kaplan, to shop the opportunity. The project calls for a 477-room hotel or condo-hotel project with more than 200,000 square feet of residential space. Leading architect Carlos Ott designed the project.
In another sign the South Florida real estate market is recovering, a development company is proposing to construct a 40-story, mixed-use tower fronting the Atlantic Ocean in the Hollywood / Hallandale Beach coastal condo market in Southeast Broward County. The company - Shefaor Development with founders Jacques Claudio Stivelman and Gilbert Benhamou of Aventura - plans to build a 477-room condo-hotel or hotel - that can include up to 200,000 square feet of residential condo space in the project - on a 1.6-acre site at the intersection of Ocean Drive and Hallandale Beach Boulevard.
