With the address, 321 Ocean, as the buildings namesake, this two low-rise towers will feature 7 and 9 floors respectively, of prime beachfront real estate.
The highly luxurious and highly exclusive project will feature 22 substantial 3 and 4 bedroom layouts with sizes starting in the 1,900 SF range and prices at $1,500,000.
